Your Role: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven construction professional ready to support and lead prefabricated façade projects from design coordination through installation. Whether you're looking to grow into a leadership role or already managing your own projects, this position offers exposure to all phases of the work—from offsite manufacturing to onsite execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams and project partners to ensure that every panel, detail, and schedule comes together with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Support or lead planning, scheduling, and budgeting for façade projects.
- Serve as the liaison between virtual design, manufacturing, and field teams.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and logistics.
- Work with our in-house production team to align output with project timelines.
- Drive daily and weekly coordination with clients, general contractors, and trade partners.
- Respond to design or scope changes with agility and accountability.

Coordination & Technical Support

- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and BIM models.
- Help translate architectural designs into buildable prefabrication packages.
- Track material inventory, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality and safety protocols are upheld throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years of experience in construction project management, façade systems, or prefab (title level based on experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with cold-formed metal framing, building envelopes, or panelized systems preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, or related platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Interest in innovation, manufacturing, and modern construction practices.
