Wet Division Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Wet Division Manager. This position oversees all aspects of wet-applied products such as – EIFS, Spray Foam, Fireproofing, and Weather barriers. You will be responsible for division performance - including estimating accuracy, operational efficiency, schedule adherence, safety compliance, quality control, and profitability. The role requires both office-based management and periodic field engagement to support operations, review quality, and maintain client relationships.

Required Job Duties

  • Lead division operations for wet-applied trades, including project planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure proactive project management.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, addenda, and contracts with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage project buyouts, budgets, and financial projections; prepare gain/loss reports.
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, and material deliveries.
  • Oversee project documentation, including submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Utilize company software for documentation and project tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to company QA/QC standards from project initiation through completion.
  • Manage division performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and support business development goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of wet-applied construction systems (fireproofing, spray foam, insulation).
  • Proficient in estimating and project management software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, DPC, Spectrum, Build).
  • Experienced in financial oversight, including budgets, forecasting, and change orders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships to support repeat and new business opportunities.
