James' career in construction started at 20yrs old as an EIFS laborer. He has been taking on additional responsibilities ever since (plastering, rocking, framing). He enjoyed his two years at Falewitch in the field and is now joining us in the office as our Wet Division Superintendent. James' goals are to make our system as a whole run smoothly, to get everyone trained on best practices, to increase efficiencies, and to keep all the guys safe so they can go home as they came. Growing and maintaining strong relationships is something he prides himself on doing.
