Jhoan began his construction career several years ago, noting his wonderful mentor and friend showing him the ropes. He then began at Falewitch as a Journeyman. After about a year and a half with us, he was promoted to Foreman. Jhoan admits the shift in position was challenging and put him outside his comfort zone. This grew his communication skills and leadership skills and has led him to be promoted to a Superintendent position. Jhoan is thankful that Falewitch was able to see his potential. He brings a diverse skill set, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
