LeRoy first started in the construction industry in 1988 as a drywall finisher. He later became a plasterer and learned EIFS/Stucco. In 2000, LeRoy moved into management when we started running his own exterior division for EIFS/Stucco and Veneer stone for another local company until 2006. He continued on to work for a National Defense Contractor for 6 years, traveling to different Air Force bases as an estimator/superintendent. From there he worked as a Project Manager for a painting company in Golden, Colorado for 9 years. LeRoy traveled all over the US performing paint renovations for companies like the National Parks, Wyndham, Worldmark, BlueGreen, Marriott’s, Hiltons, and ski resorts! In 2019, he came to Falewitch Construction and is currently the Wet Division manager. He handles the EIFS/Stucco, spray foam insulation, fireproofing, and plaster work for Falewitch. LeRoy is responsible for all things Wet Division, such as estimating projects, and overseeing and managing projects and crews. LeRoy’s goal is for Falewitch to have the biggest Wet Division in the Omaha/Lincoln metro area!
