Management

John Falewitch, President 

John Falewitch has spent his entire professional life in the construction field, working to become an expert in all aspects of the profession. His broad experience coupled with his keen focus on delivering quality and value to the clients, have given him the vision needed to manage every type of project.

During those years, John developed an understanding of his customers needs, and that understanding has remained the driving force in the years since. He founded Falewitch Construction in 1995 so that he could take on more challenging projects. Lance Parker, Vice President 

Lance knew at an early age that he wanted to work in construction. His summers were spent working for residential contractors and eventually general contractors. After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science & Management, Lance focused his talents working for commercial drywall specialty contractors.

Lance takes pride in being a Falewitch team member and working for a company that strives to be the best in their field. His objective is to provide the client with unmatched customer service and delivering a high quality finished product while maintaining a safe work environment and staying within the customers budget.

Jodi Foster, CFO

Jodi has 20 years of experience working in corporate finance.  Prior to joining Falewitch Construction Services in January 2006, she has served companies as CFO, controller and accountant in the manufacturing, payroll management and public tax industries.  For FCS, Jodi oversees human resource and all aspects of the company’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and cash flow forecasting.   Jodi is proud to work with a company that is continuously striving on how to “stay ahead of the game” in the office and field to make FCS more effective and productive in a safe manner.

Jodi holds a BA in Business from Hastings College and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Candy Anderson, Office/Property Manager 

Candy has been in the construction industry for 21 years with the last 10 years working for Falewitch Construction Services. The knowledge and experience of Purchasing & Warehouse Management she possesses has added a great value to the FCS team.  While maintaining exceptional relationships with the vendors, she provides excellent service to FCS customers and to FCS’s field employees.  She has also grown into the administrative side of FCS by taking on the responsibilities of Office & Property Manager as well as assisting with the accounts payables, billings and payroll. Her attention to detail, flexibility and organizational skills help to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Candy possesses a competitive spirit along with a strong desire for success to help Falewitch Construction Services grow.

Estimating

Mark Nielsen, Chief Estimator

Mark is the chief estimator, and is responsible for cost estimating all phases of a project. He has over 40 years of construction experience. This knowledge is used to assist your project from concept to completion, with cost budgeting through all phases of schematic, design development, value engineering, and final construction estimates. He has served on several professional organization boards in the past.  He values and shares the company philosophy of quality, service, and safety. The high quality of our field staff results in repeat clients as we are recognized as the leader in interior systems construction in the area.

Erin Artherton, Estimator 

Erin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial framing and drywall industry. His background started as a carpenter working in the trade. Erin worked his way up in the industry moving to superintendent where he managed onsite operations. He then went on to become a project manager and estimator. Erin brings great knowledge to the FCS team where he strives to provide a quality product, within budget and on time to owners.

Field Superintendent

Nick Jensen, Field Superintendent 

Nick has a passion for working with his hands which drove him to the construction industry. He started with Falewitch as a Carpenter apprentice and quickly became a foreman in his last year of apprenticeship. He has been with Falewitch his entire career.  His drive to continuously learn has propelled him forward within the company. Nick is Field Superintendent and is responsible for managing and scheduling labor needs along with coaching and mentoring the workforce.

Safety

Jeremy Groves, Safety Director 

Jeremy has a wide range of experience from electrical contract estimating, project management and environmental safety. He has experience in managing environmental cleanup projects working closely with local and state governmental agencies and the EPA for the safety of the public health in their drinking water.

Safety has always been an utmost importance to Jeremy in every aspect of his career.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Jarod Gilmore, BIM Coordinator 

Jarod started with Falewitch Construction as a pre-apprentice Carpenter, and has quickly evolved into a dependable asset with the Falewitch team in just under four years. He has an unparalleled affinity for computers, and construction. He has seen firsthand how rapidly the realm of construction is evolving, and it has become his objective to advance construction processes to the next level with pre-fabrication by virtue of BIM.

Project Management

Luke Carlson, Project Manager

Luke has been a professional in the construction industry for 10 years. First starting as a finish carpenter after high school, he received a BS in Construction Management with a minor in Business from UNO. After completing his degree, he was offered a position with Falewitch Construction Services and has been with the company ever since. Luke first started as an estimator/Project manager for small jobs and has since grown from assistant PM on the Pinnacle Bank Arena to project manager on the Capitol District Marriott.

 His objective is to constantly provide quality work that remains on schedule and in budget. His mission for each project is to dissect the schedule for the superintendent and foreman and provide manpower for each task. Luke takes pride in working at Falewitch Construction, “I find it very humbling to drive around Omaha and Lincoln and see the hundreds of quality projects we have completed”.

Brian Buboltz, Project Manager 

Brian started in construction working for Buboltz contracting learning several aspects of residential home building and remolding. Soon after High school Brian moved into commercial construction as a union carpenter. Brian has managed work in the commercial construction industry from many aspects and levels. Over the past 21 years he has managed crews as a Forman, General Forman and Job Superintendent. He has also managed at a Project level from such positions as Safety Supervisor, Office Engineer, Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

Brian’s goal in the construction industry has been to gain knowledge at every level and provide value to the teams he works with. He enjoys using this knowledge to provide the service and quality you expect while helping to coordinate the schedule you need to meet. Brian takes pride in working with a company that invests in its team members at all levels.

Jon Cathcart, Project Manager

Jon has worked in the construction industry for the past 24 years. After gaining valuable experience in the field, Jon has taken on the role of assistant project manager and estimator, where he has continued to demonstrate his value to the company. He has experience managing and estimating construction of healthcare facilities, commercial drywall projects and various specialty projects.

Matt Falewitch, Project Engineer

Matt has been working in and around construction since a very young age. He has over 6 years of field experience including work as a general laborer, carpenters apprentice, and plasterer’s apprentice. It is his goal to learn every aspect of the company on all levels. Matt currently attends school at University of Nebraska at Omaha where he is working towards his degree in Construction Management. Matt currently works as a Project Engineer for Falewitch Construction.​
